SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority mail with tracking and $50 insurance included.
If the client would like to insure the product for a higher dollar amount, they are responsible for covering the cost.
Once the package is in the hands of USPS, I am not responsible for shipping times or length of shipment.
Packages are shipped ONLY on Thursdays & Saturdays.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the custom nature of the products, returns and exchanges are not available. Please ensure you order the correct size upon placing your order. If your order arrives damaged or there is a defect, please reach out and I will do my best to rectify the issue.

If an order has been started and the client chooses to cancel before completion, they will incur a 40% penalty and will be refunded the remaining amount.

PAYMENT METHOD
All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted. If you'd like to pay through an alternative process such as Venmo or Cash App, please message me beforehand.

Down payments are available but the client must cover the cost of the base shoes before starting the project.
